South Punjab — The Heart of ODP's Work.
South Punjab is where ODP was born and where our roots run deepest. Eleven districts across this region have been home to our peacebuilding, humanitarian, rights, and development programs for over two decades.

These districts represent the heart of our work — places where we have formed Peace Committees, trained youth and women, supported flood-affected families, and strengthened civil society networks.

Central Punjab — Established Presence.
ODP maintains an established presence in two central Punjab districts, serving as a bridge between the organization’s South Punjab stronghold and its expanding Northern and national footprint.

Lahore, as Pakistan’s provincial capital, plays a key role in ODP’s advocacy, networking, and partnership development activities.
North Punjab — Expanded Peace & Rights Programming.
ODP has expanded its peace and rights programming into five North Punjab districts, carrying the organization’s proven model of community dialogue, youth leadership, and civic engagement into new territory.

Sindh — Strategic Expansion 2021–2023.
Under ODP’s Strategic Plan (2021–2023), Sindh represents a significant step in the organization’s national expansion. Four districts were carefully selected following field visits, community assessments, and needs analyses conducted by ODP teams.

Balochistan — New Ground.
Balochistan represents ODP’s newest frontier — new ground selected after thorough field visits and needs assessments conducted by ODP’s expansion team. Two districts have been identified as priority areas for initial programming.
